We enjoy watching your children grow and share in their early life experiences.

Consistency is another success story at Under the Sun and we are very proud of the longevity of our staff. Our teachers have been with us an average of 8 years and some as long as 12! This is a major accomplishment. Our directors and assistant directors have been with us an average of 12 years!

All Under the Sun staff members are highly trained professionals. Many are college educated and have children of their own. We have created a strong sense of community by always keeping the lines of communication open. Everyone cares about their class as much as each other's. We enjoy watching your children grow and share in their early life experiences. We are dedicated to our field and continue to improve our program by continuing our education and attending workshops.

Setting new goals each year provides each teacher the motivation necessary to continue to provide your children the best in early childhood education.
